CEAP is chosen as a reference organization by the University of Navarra
At the beginning of April, CEAP – Centro Educacional Assistencial Profissionalizante – welcomed a group of students from IESE Business School, a postgraduate school in Business Administration at the University of Navarra.
Considered one of the most important business schools in the world, recognized for its MBA and Executive MBA programs, the Institute offers programs such as the Doctorate in Business Administration at the PhD level and the Global Executive MBA.
With an extensive course portfolio, IESE has a course focused on the third sector within its curriculum, where classes are required to visit NGOs such as CEAP, which are, due to their management model, development of disruptive methodologies and their ability to generate high social impact, references in their respective countries. For the second consecutive year, CEAP has been chosen as the reference non-governmental organization in Brazil.
During the visit, in addition to taking a tour of the facilities, exchanging experiences with the management team and former students, understanding the methodology applied by CEAP and its relevance to society, IESE undergraduates had the opportunity to learn about how the third sector works in Brazil.
Visits like these allow CEAP to share knowledge that can benefit society as a whole and to showcase its personalized education model, which places the individual and the family at the center of the education process. In this sense, the organization has an open-door model, which allows any institution, organization or professional, with prior appointment, the opportunity to learn more about how it operates.
CEAP is a non-profit, free, non-governmental organization founded in 1985. Over the past 33 years, the organization has benefited more than 7 young people and has been constantly innovating its methodology in order to be at the forefront of the development and adoption of educational methodologies. In 2018, CEAP adopted PBL – Project Based Learning – and in 2019, in partnership with private companies, it has been developing the integration of artificial intelligence into its professional training courses.
CEAP thanks IESE for this incredible opportunity!
